Q:Do you depend on this website as a source of income?
A:No, I have a full time job and this is purely a hobby. But it’s a somewhat expensive hobby, and I’d like to, if not make a profit, at least break even on the expenses of running this website and buying games to review.
Q: Does the money I donate go directly to the website?
A: No, it goes to my private bank account. I can’t promise I won’t use some of it for groceries or whatever. However, most of it should go towards funding this website and my various other projects.
Q: Why choose donations as a form of monetization over anything else?
A: Quite frankly, I think ads are an eyesore, and I don’t like not having control over what’s show on my site. I have to stick with them for now, but I want to get to a point where I can at least break even on my costs without ads.
Q:If I can’t donate, how else can I support your work?
